Signage Details
Tenant Identification Signs
Tenant Identification Signs must receive Design Approval from the Primera Design Review Committee. A PDRC submittal form is provided. Standards for The Commons at Primera have been established for the size, shape and fabrication of the signs. The signs will mount to a custom architectural decorative grill that is located over the suite entrance. The signs will be non-illuminated and down lighting will be provided. The Background Panel will be painted black. The Sign Face Panel and the Text & Graphics colors shall be compatible to the architectural building colors. The cost of the sign is the responsibility of the tenant.
A Sign Design Consultant (design layout) and a Sign Contractor (fabrication) have been provided by the Developer, if necessary. The Tenant will provide text, color, logo, artwork and/or digital files for preparation of a sign proof by the Sign Design Consultant. A sign proof and price will be secured and confirmed by the Tenant prior to fabrication.
The Tenant has the option use their own sign contractor. The Tenant must submit the sign layout for Design Approval.
